Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to garde manger, grill, roast, market line and delivery/packout.
• Speak to guests about menu offerings, seasonality, and ingredients to enhance guest experience.
• Support the team during peak and off-peak service as needed.
• Maintain food safety standards and uphold company policies.
