Responsibilities

• Prep, mix, and cook vegetables, proteins, grains using recipes as a guide and taste buds for validation.
• Gain exposure to various kitchen stations (garde manger, grill, roast, market line, guest concierge, and delivery/packout).
• Discuss menu offerings, seasonality, and ingredients with guests to create scratch-made meals (marketbowl).
• Support the team during peak and off-peak service as needed.
• Multi-task and move in the kitchen for extended periods (physical requirements).
• Maintain DIG food safety standards and uphold anti-discrimination policies.
• Contribute to the mission of rebuilding the food system.
