Qualifications

• A passion for real, good food and a desire to learn culinary practices and skills.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to perform physical duties (lift up to 50 pounds).
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Prep, mix, and cook vegetables, proteins, and grains using recipes and taste as guidance.
• Experience across stations like garde manger, grill, roast, market line, and delivery/packout.
• Explain menu dishes, seasonality, and ingredients to guests to enhance their experience.
• Support the team during peak and off-peak service by helping wherever needed.
• Move and multi-task in the kitchen, with or without accommodations.
• Adhere to DIG food safety standards and anti-discrimination policies.
• Contribute to the mission of rebuilding the food system.
