Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to garde manger, grill, roast, and line stations.
• Discuss menu offerings, seasonality, and ingredients with guests.
• Support the team during peak and off-peak service.
• Adhere to safety standards and DIG policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and mise en place.
