Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and act as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance.
• Model and drive selling behaviors with strong product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, store strategies and visuals.
• Set daily/shift directions and goals for the team.
• Perform opening/closing routines including cash handling and shipments.
• Develop genuine connections with customers through personalized recommendations.
• Support floorset execution, visual presentation and marketing placement.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards.
