Responsibilities

Responsible for leadership tasks as delegated by the Store Manager including acting as Manager on Duty to address customer experience, vendor relationship, or maintenance issues.
Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
Display knowledge of product, company policies, and store strategies.
Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, shipment receipt, and disseminate directives.
Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs and personalized recommendations.
Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
Maintain safety, cleanliness and engagement by following standards.
