Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Key Holder to support sales plans and execute store operations. You will lead shifts, coach associates, and drive customer-focused service with strong product knowledge. This role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and delivering a positive brand experience for every guest.

You will participate in opening/closing routines, assist with floorset execution, and ensure safety standards while delivering the company values you represent daily.

• Plan daily shift direction and goals for the team.
