Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Key Holder to support achieving sales plans through effective store and operations execution. You will act as a leader on the floor, ensure excellent customer experiences, and coach team members to uphold our brand standards and product knowledge.

You will lead by example, set daily goals, manage opening/closing routines, and collaborate with management to drive performance while maintaining safety and visual standards.

Qualifications

• Customer-first retail mindset.
• Experience in driving sales and customer experience in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to coach and provide feedback to team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead store tasks as delegated by the Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences with product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Demonstrate knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily/shift direction and goals for associates.
• Handle opening/closing routines and disseminate company directives.
• Build genuine connections with customers through needs-based recommendations.
• Assist with floorsets, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to policies.
