Responsibilities

• Lead store tasks and act as Manager on Duty when scheduled.

• Deliver in-store customer experiences through product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Display knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily direction for the team and manage opening/closing routines.
• Create connections with customers through needs discovery and recommendations.
• Assist with floorsets, visual presentation, and marketing placements.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and adherence to standards.
