Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Key Holder to help achieve sales plans through effective store and operational execution. You will lead by example, coaching associates to deliver outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong product knowledge.

You will support opening and closing routines, manage in-store experiences, and ensure standards are met while building genuine connections with customers. This is a hands-on role demanding physical activity and a team-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership or supervisor roles.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Able to work peak days including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of store policies and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead tasks as delegated by the Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with strong selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate knowledge of product, policies and store strategies.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive.
