Responsibilities

• Lead store tasks and act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences through demonstration and modeling of selling behaviours rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, company policies, and store strategies.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and dissemination of company directives.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demos, and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• Maintain safety and store standards; frequent lifting and movement are required.
