Responsibilities include leading duty shifts, coaching associates, managing daily tasks, and ensuring safety and compliance while driving sales in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and act as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Provide performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and adherence to policies.
• Set daily directions and goals for the shift.
• Perform opening/closing routines and handle bank deposits and shipments.
• Create genuine connections with customers and make personalized recommendations.
• Support floorset execution, window changes, and marketing placement.
• Maintain safe, clean, and engaging store environment.
