Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily store operations and customer experiences.
• Provide individual and team feedback to managers.
• Demonstrate selling behaviors and product knowledge to drive sales.
• Maintain product knowledge and execute store policies and strategies.
• Set daily goals and guide associates during shifts.
• Handle opening/closing routines including cash handling and shipments.
• Create genuine customer connections through needs assessment and recommendations.
• Assist with visual displays, floor sets, and marketing placements.
