Bath & Body Works in Medina, OH is seeking a Key Holder to support executing sales plans and store operations while delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will lead daily tasks, coach associates, and ensure product knowledge and store policies are upheld.

• Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty and address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, company policies, and store strategies.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and dissemination of company directives.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety standards and store cleanliness through all operations.
• Demonstrate ability to lift 10–50 pounds as part of daily tasks.
• Maintain our values, policies, and procedures.
