Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Key Holder to support delivering sales plans through effective store and operational execution. You will be part of our front-line leadership, delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a team with product knowledge and energetic service.

Responsibilities include acting as Manager on Duty when scheduled, coaching associates, guiding daily goals, and ensuring strong in-store presentation and safety standards while maintaining the brand’s values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
• Customer-focused selling culture and strong communication skills.
• Ability to provide coaching and leadership in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support store operations, acting as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Provide individual and team feedback to managers.
• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences with product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of products, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily/shift goals and oversee opening/closing routines.
• Uncover customer needs and make personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and adherence to company standards.
