Job summary

Responsibilities

Lead delegated leadership tasks, including acting as Manager on Duty to resolve customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
Drive in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors grounded in Our Values and product knowledge.
Demonstrate knowledge of product, company policies, and store strategies.
Set the direction for the day/shift when associates arrive and manage opening/closing routines.
