Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Key Holder to support the sales plan through effective store and operational execution. You will be a store leader, guiding the team, delivering outstanding customer experiences and modelling our values.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, coaching associates, managing priorities, and maintaining product knowledge. The role requires physical activity and flexibility, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store tasks as delegated by the Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty.
• Provide feedback to managers on performance of individuals and teams.
• Deliver exceptional in-store experiences with product knowledge and service.
• Show knowledge of policies, products, and store strategies.
• Set daily/shift goals and direct the team accordingly.
• Execute opening/closing routines, bank deposits, and shipments.
• Build genuine customer connections through needs discovery and recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation and marketing placement.
• Meet safety standards and maintain a clean, engaging store environment.
• Lift and move products; climb ladders as required; physical readiness.
