Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled, addressing customer experience and store operations.
• Provide performance feedback to managers and drive team development.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with strong product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Demonstrate company values and maintain product knowledge to support sales.
• Set direction and goals for the day/shift and communicate them to the team.
• Perform opening/closing routines including cash handling, receiving shipments, and disseminating directives.
• Create genuine connections with customers through needs discovery and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• Adhere to safety standards and maintain clean, engaging store environment.
