• Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead delegated leadership tasks by the Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, company policies, and store strategies.
• Set direction for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
• Perform opening/closing routines, including bank deposits and receipt of shipments.
