Job summary

The role emphasizes coaching, daily operations, open/close routines, and floor movement to maintain visual standards while building connections with customers and supporting a positive team culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead responsibilities as delegated by Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily shift direction and goals as associates arrive.
• Perform opening and closing routines, including deposits and shipments.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety and company standards in all tasks.
