Qualifications

• 7–10 years field sales in edtech/publishing with digital and print products.
• 3+ years managing a field/in-house sales team in K12/education markets.
• Proficient with CRM systems and MS Office; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales plans to meet or exceed goals using market insights.
• Lead and mentor a diverse sales and support team; coach for negotiations and territory planning.
• Partner on high-value accounts; drive prospects, present, and close opportunities.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve day-to-day issues.
• Define sales processes; ensure CRM data accuracy for forecasting and visibility.
• Share market insights with leadership and manage regional budget and travel.
