Job summary

Lakeshore Learning Materials is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to expand our K–12 educational reach in a multi-state territory. You will cultivate new and existing school district relationships, collaborate with the RVP/RD and internal resources, and drive growth across markets including early childhood and K–12 sectors.

In addition to a base salary, Lakeshore offers uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience with ability to build relationships with school districts and educational programs.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate customer needs at all levels.
• Must be able to travel within territory, including approximately 20% overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Secure new and repeat business by building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders across a designated geographic area.
• Partner with internal sales resources to support needs and drive business growth.
• Maintain relationships with customers within assigned territory and communicate effectively with internal teams.
