Job summary

Lakeshore Learning Materials is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to expand our K-12 educational reach from Oregon. Build and maintain relationships with school districts, educational programs, and new market segments to drive growth. You’ll work with a sales support team and marketing resources to maximize impact and commissions.

The role requires strategic, outcome-oriented thinking, a dynamic personality, and strong people skills. Travel up to 50% within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience and entrepreneurial know-how.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Solid presentation skills and ability to speak to customer needs at all levels.
• Strong work ethic, team mentality and ability to perform from home.
• Residence in Oregon with ability to travel 50% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Secure new and repeat business by building relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the territory.
• Partner with internal sales resources to support needs and drive growth.
• Maintain relationships with customers within assigned territory and travel as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to build and adjust sales strategies.
• Target key customers and uncover needs to drive opportunities.
• Communicate clearly with HQ and sales channels to streamline processes and increase sales.
• Participate in local, state, and national conferences to promote Lakeshore.
