Lakeshore Learning Materials is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to expand our K–12 educational reach. You will cultivate new and existing school relationships, focusing on districts and programs while exploring new markets such as middle and high schools.

Enjoy an uncapped commission structure and a collaborative sales and marketing team to back you up. Residence in Oregon with the ability to travel 50% is expected, along with a strategic, outcome-driven mindset and strong people skills.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of successful sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Solid presentation skills and ability to speak to customer needs at all levels.
• Strong work ethic, team player mentality and ability to perform outstanding work from home.
• Candidates should ideally reside in Oregon and travel 50% of the time.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• Great attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Securing new and repeat business by building strong relationships with key customers in a designated geographical area.
• Partnering with internal sales resources to support needs and increase business.
• Consistently calling on and maintaining relationships with customers within the territory.
• Collaborating with RVP/RD to build and drive sales strategies.
• Targeting key customers and uncovering needs.
• Communicating effectively with inside partners and HQ in regular meetings.
• Participating in conferences to promote the Lakeshore brand.
