Job summary

Myldi is looking for a Junior UCaaS Engineer to join their team in New Jersey. In this hands-on, field-oriented role, you will support the deployment of cloud-based voice and collaboration solutions across client environments. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in IT or telecom and a basic understanding of networking and VoIP fundamentals. Responsibilities include deploying UCaaS systems and providing customer support during installations. The typical base salary for this role is between $55,000 and $65,000.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in IT, telecom, or AV/UC environments preferred.
• Basic understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Comfortable working on-site and client‑facing.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and support UCaaS systems including VoIP phones.
• Assist with on-site installations across NJ.
• Troubleshoot call quality issues like latency and jitter.
