Job summary

JD Finish Line seeks a VoIP engineer to design and develop the Finish Line Voice environment, spanning Gamma Cloud Solutions and Cisco Unified Communications Manager, to support growth. You will administer, install, configure, maintain and support the VoIP systems across HQ, stores and remote users, with after-hours support and cross-team collaboration.

Requires an Associate’s Degree and 2–3 years’ experience with Cisco UCM or equivalent VOIP, plus strong troubleshooting and project support

Qualifications

Associate’s degree required and 2–3 years’ experience with Cisco UCM or equivalent VOIP.
Experience administering VoIP hardware and software in enterprise environments.
Ability to troubleshoot Tier III voice and video network issues.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain Finish Line Voice environment across Gamma Cloud Solutions and Cisco UCM.
Administer, install, configure, maintain and support the VoIP systems for HQ, stores, and remote users.
Perform tier 1-3 troubleshooting, MACD, and ongoing maintenance upgrades of contact centers and store systems.
Manage SIP trunks, IVR and Queue configurations for enterprise Voice and contact center.
Coordinate with vendors, application teams and other technology groups to resolve problems.
Provide ongoing training and after-hours support for Voice solutions.
