The engineer contributes to a security-minded approach, participates in on-call rotation, and works in a junior to mid-level capacity with basic telephony skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three years telephony experience preferred.
• Experience with Cisco VoIP telephony preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and service telephony equipment and circuits.
• Organize and complete day-to-day operations via Service Now and related channels.
• Engage with clients, teammates, and stakeholders to communicate effectively.
• Troubleshoot issues and develop solutions using best practices.
