As an Analyst I on the Risk & Analytics team, you’ll learn consumer lending fundamentals while executing scoped analytical tasks daily, guided by senior analysts, and leverage advanced analytics to optimize strategies and monitor portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in an analytically-driven role, internships in fintech or financial services valued.
• Degree in a quantitative field as listed.
• Solid working knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar scripting languages.
• Familiarity with data mining, data visualization, and basic statistical modeling.
• Basic understanding of consumer lending regulations and how ML applies to business problems.
• Exceptional communication skills and cross-functional collaboration ability.

Responsibilities

• Derive insights to optimize product, risk, or growth strategies across geographies.
• Monitor portfolio health by tracking performance metrics and macro trends; flag risks.
• Write clean SQL and Python to build scalable reporting and support ML/risk model deployment.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Compliance to translate regulations into data models and policies.
• Support cross-functional discussions to ensure product launches align with capabilities and risk appetite.
• Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to accelerate data mining and automate tasks.
