From checkout optimization to fraud risk and scalable data foundations, we translate complex regulatory and economic insights into actionable business decisions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in analytically‑driven roles within consumer lending, credit, or fintech.
• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or other scripting languages.
• Deep expertise in data mining, data visualization, and statistical modeling with ML applications.
• Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives across Product, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Derive insights and optimize business, risk, or growth strategies across products and geographies.
• Monitor macro and market trends; adjust analytical and operational strategies to balance growth and risk.
• Partner with Engineering and ML teams to design, build, and interpret performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Compliance to translate regulatory and market requirements into analytical policy and design.
• Oversee analytical frameworks and support launches and market entries with risk-aware perspectives.
• Engage with merchants, vendors, and partners to align practices and strengthen relationships.
• Develop repeatable AI-assisted workflows and mentor junior analysts on technical craft.
