Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in an analytically-driven role or internships in financial services are valued.
• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• Solid working knowledge of SQL, Python, or other scripting languages.
• Familiarity with data mining, data visualization, and foundational statistical modeling.
• Understanding of consumer lending regulations and machine learning applications.

Responsibilities

• Derive insights and support strategy across product, risk, or growth in multiple geographies.
• Monitor portfolio health by tracking performance metrics, user behavior, and macro trends.
• Write clean SQL and Python to build scalable reporting and support ML/risk models.
