Qualifications

• 1–3 years in an analytically-driven role, fintech or consumer lending preferred.
• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, data mining, visualization, and basic statistical modeling.

Responsibilities

• Derive insights to support product, risk, or growth strategies across geographies.
• Monitor portfolio health by tracking performance metrics and macro trends.
• Write clean SQL and Python to build scalable reporting and collaborate with engineers on ML/risk models.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Compliance to translate regulations into data models and policies.
• Support launch alignment with operations and risk appetite.
• Integrate AI tools to accelerate data mining while ensuring output accuracy.
