Job summary

Epic in Madison, WI is seeking a Compensation and Stock Programs leader who will collaborate with leaders across the company to manage employee compensation and stock initiatives. The role covers international programs and requires relocation to the Madison area with reimbursed relocation support.

You will work with executives to design creative solutions, oversee processing and support for staff globally, and analyze country-specific considerations to drive competitive, compliant programs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders and teams across Epic to manage employee compensation and stock programs.
• Manage and optimize international compensation programs.
• Work with stakeholders and executives to identify and implement creative solutions to company needs.
• Manage compensation and stock processing and support for staff located internationally.
• Analyze country-specific considerations and assume domestic compensation and stock projects as needed.
• Contribute to mandatory projects.
