Job summary
Epic, based in Madison, Wisconsin, is seeking a Compensation and Stock Programs Manager to lead cross-functional efforts in managing employee compensation and stock programs, including international programs. The role requires relocation to the Madison area with reimbursed relocation assistance.
You will collaborate with executives to design and implement creative solutions to company needs, oversee domestic and international processing, and ensure compliance with country-specific considerations
Qualifications
- Strong academic and professional track record.
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Relocation to Madison, WI area required (reimbursed).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leaders and teams across Epic to manage employee compensation and stock programs.
- Manage and optimize international compensation programs.
- Work with stakeholders and executives to identify and implement creative solutions to company needs.
- Manage compensation and stock processing and support for staff located internationally.
- Analyze country-specific considerations and assume domestic compensation and stock projects as needed.
- Contribute to mandatory items.
