Job summary

Epic, based on our campus in Madison, WI, is seeking a compensation and stock programs manager to collaborate with leaders across the company and optimize global pay initiatives. This role supports staff globally and requires relocation to the Madison area with reimbursed relocation.

You will analyze country-specific compensation considerations, work with executives to implement innovative solutions, and manage processing for staff located internationally.

Qualifications

• A history of academic and professional success
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders and teams across Epic to manage employee compensation and stock programs.
• Manage and optimize international compensation programs.
• Work with stakeholders and executives to identify and implement creative solutions to company needs.
• Manage compensation and stock processing and support for staff located internationally.
• Analyze country-specific considerations and assume domestic compensation and stock projects as needed.
