Job summary

Epic is seeking a Compensation and Stock Programs Manager to collaborate across the company on global compensation initiatives. The role is based on our campus in Madison, WI and requires relocation to the area, with relocation assistance provided.

You will work with leaders and executives to design and optimize compensation and stock programs, including processing for staff located internationally, and evaluating country‑specific considerations.

Qualifications

• History of academic and professional success.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Willingness to relocate to Madison, WI area (relocation reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders and teams across Epic to manage employee compensation and stock programs.
• Manage and optimize international compensation programs.
• Work with stakeholders and executives to identify and implement creative solutions to company needs.
• Manage compensation and stock processing and support for staff located internationally.
• Analyze country‑specific considerations and assume domestic compensation and stock projects as needed.
• Contribute to compensation projects as needed.
