Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders to manage employee compensation and stock programs.
• Manage and optimize international compensation programs.
• Work with stakeholders and executives to identify and implement creative solutions to company needs.
• Manage compensation and stock processing and support for staff located internationally.
• Analyze country-specific considerations and lead domestic compensation and stock projects as needed.
• Contribute to mandatory projects.
