Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a field-based sales professional to grow Joint Replacement territory by supporting existing accounts and identifying new customers.

You will communicate updates to customers, participate in portfolio education, and develop selling skills through coaching from senior reps and managers. Travel around 10% is expected; a Bachelor’s degree and strong relationship-building skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge in MS Office and databases.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Experience in building relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
• Comfortable in emergency/operating room environments.

Responsibilities

• Increasing Joint Replacement sales through assisting the sales teams and building own accounts by working with existing customers and identifying new customers to grow the territory.
• Communicating with current and new Joint Replacement customer accounts regarding product updates, changes to product portfolio and educational programs.
• Learn or hone selling skills and processes by coaching/mentoring support from Joint Replacement Sales Representatives and Managers.
