Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Field-based Sales Representative for Joint Replacement to promote orthopaedic products, drive revenue, and build strong customer partnerships with surgeons, nurses, and OR staff. You will conduct product evaluations, deliver training, and support surgical teams in the operating room while maintaining compliant inventory and participating in industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years in clinical healthcare/sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, product demonstrations and sales control systems.
• Minimum 3 years’ B2B sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts with excellent service.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
• Communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders and customers.
• Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, demonstrating value.
• Provide product knowledge and training to surgeons, nurses and OR staff.
• Maintain sample inventory and comply with AdvaMed principles.
• Represent Stryker at industry events and conferences as required.
• On-call duties in line with territory needs to ensure support.
