Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Field-based Sales Representative (Joint Replacement) to promote orthopaedic joint replacement products, drive revenue, and support surgical teams in the operating room. You will build clinician relationships, understand customer needs, and deliver demonstrable value in fast-paced settings.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience, a proven sales record, and comfort with product demonstrations and CRM usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years in clinical healthcare/sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals
• Experience with sales techniques, product demonstrations, and sales control systems
• Preferred: medical device sales experience and 3+ years B2B sales

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage existing accounts, deliver excellent service, and build trusted partnerships
• Identify and close new business opportunities to exceed targets
• Conduct product evaluations in the OR and office, demonstrating value
• Provide product knowledge and training to surgeons and OR staff
• Represent Stryker at industry events and manage sample inventory
• On-call duties including evenings, weekends, and holidays
