Stryker is seeking a Joint Replacement Sales Representative to serve surgeons and healthcare professionals with expert product knowledge and high service levels. You will become the resident Joint Replacement expert, building strong relationships and driving territory results through strategic sales plans and product demonstrations.

This field-based role is 100% commission with bonuses and benefits. You will travel about 10% to engage with customers and advance Stryker’s orthopaedics portfolio

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years in a clinical healthcare or sales role.
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and market strategies.
• Comfort in emergency/operating room environments.

Mansioni

• Sell Stryker Joint Replacement products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals and surgeons.
