Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate’s Degree OR Medical Certification and 2+ years of related experience.
• High School Diploma and 4+ years of related experience accepted.
• Preferred: medical-related fields or B2B sales experience.

• Assist confident, competitive salespeople in promoting and selling Stryker products.
• Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings.
• Assist with business development, track territory progress, and communicate with Sales Representatives.
• Solve product problems onsite and educate medical staff.
• Provide exceptional service to customers.
• Maintain sample inventory with good time management.
• Build lasting client relationships with key stakeholders.
• Learn or hone selling skills through coaching from Joint Replacement Sales Representatives and Managers.
• On-call duties to address urgent technical needs and ensure continuous support.
• Complete required trainings and certifications to maintain product expertise.
