Stryker is seeking a Joint Replacement Sales Representative to drive territory growth by selling Joint Replacement products to surgeons and healthcare professionals. You will build relationships, implement sales strategies, and act as a trusted advisor to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years in clinical healthcare or sales
• 3+ years sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of showing, promoting, selling products or services; marketing strategy and tactics
• Strong organizational skills; proficient with MS Office and databases
• Experience in building relationships with surgeons and hospitals
• Comfortable in operating room environments
• Willingness to attend meetings outside regular hours
• Adheres to compliance and ethics standards (AdvaMed) and related policies

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Joint Replacement products to surgeons and healthcare professionals
• Build and implement sales strategies to exceed territory targets
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers
• Act as resident Joint Replacement expert and provide training on products and tools
• Communicate effectively with current and new customers to drive patient outcomes
