Job summary

Troon’s Corporate office in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a System Technician II to join our IT Helpdesk. This in-office role supports a range of hardware and software solutions and provides timely incident resolution.

Responsibilities include monitoring and processing incidents, diagnosing issues across workstations, printers, POS, VOIP, and mobile devices; collaborating with teammates and escalating when needed; and providing on-call support on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 1 year of related IT experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft OS and Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and execute incidents/service requests via the in-house ticketing system.
• Provide IT support via phone queues and log ticket details.
• Diagnose issues with hardware, software, and peripherals including POS, VOIP, and printers.
• Collaborate with the team and escalate to System Technician I as needed.
• Maintain and mediate networking-related issues across sites; coordinate with vendors as required.
• Provide on-call emergency support on a rotating schedule.
• Advise users on IT best practices and company policies.
