Job summary

365 Managed IT is seeking a Level 2 Support Technician to join our Tempe, AZ team. You will provide remote and on-site support for client workstations, operating systems and applications, ensuring timely resolution and strong customer service.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, reliability, and a proven track record of customer satisfaction. You will work with hardware and software vendors and document issues in our system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or certifications preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with customers.
• Ability to manage workflow in a timely and consistent manner.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and Apple operating systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software and network equipment.
• Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or using remote tools.
• Monitor and respond to alerts from our management systems.
• Document and track customer issues and resolutions.
• Work with hardware and software vendor's support departments to resolve issues.
• Maintain relationships with customers and follow company guidelines.
