The Systems Technician will handle ticketing, on-site support, and onboarding tasks, ensuring adherence to SOPs and IT security practices.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 1 year related work experience required.
• Strong communication and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience with Windows OS and MS Office.
• Shift work flexibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and execute incidents/service requests through the internal ticketing system.
• Respond to technical assistance requests via phone queues and log case details.
• Diagnose and document issues with software/hardware, including POS, VOIP, and peripherals.
• Maintain and mediate networking issues across all sites (firewalls, switches, access points).
• Engage third-party vendors to resolve outages outside in-scope services.
• Advise users on IT best practices and company policies.
• Track inventory and ship IT equipment.
• Onboard users through AD, M365 and SOP-compliant support.
