Intelligent Technical Solutions is seeking a Technician II to provide on-site and remote IT support, solving hardware and software issues with a focus on customer service and accuracy. You'll handle workstation OS issues, printer problems, business applications, basic server/network tasks, and participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotations to keep client environments stable.

The role requires a detail-oriented problem-solver with a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to

Qualifications

• Willing to work full-time on-site at office or client locations.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS.
• Minimum two years in Helpdesk or similar role.
• Skilled in application troubleshooting and PC deployments/imaging.
• Basic knowledge of firewalls, switches, network architecture.
• Experience with MSPs, certifications preferred.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle access for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Resolve workstation OS issues with minimal assistance.
• Troubleshoot printer problems and standard business apps.
• Handle line-of-business apps (e.g., SAGE ERP, QuickBooks) with vendor help.
• Address basic server and networking issues.
• Manage Office 365, MS Office, Adobe, AD, backup software, and endpoint security.
• Support mobile devices and various business applications.
• Respond to Quick Fix calls and participate in on-call rotations.
