Responsibilities

• Monitor and execute incidents/service requests through ticketing system.
• Respond to requests for technical assistance through phone queues.
• Diagnose and document technical issues with software and hardware.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and act as escalation point for System Technician I.
• Maintain networking-related issues affecting firewalls and switches.
• Engage third-party vendors when necessary.
