Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 & 2 POS support and escalate when needed.
• Implement improvements to areas of responsibility.
• Conduct venue walk-throughs to ensure systems are operational.
• Replace defective hardware before, during, and after events.
• Diagnose software, firmware, and hardware errors.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and adhere to standards and safety training.
