Job summary

Ben-E.-Keith is seeking a Branch IS Support Specialist to maintain and support IT systems across branch locations. The role covers on-site and remote support, hardware/software installation, imaging, and 24x7 assistance for branch personnel and remote offices.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years experience, a technical degree or equivalent, and is proficient with Microsoft Office and internal BEK applications. Travel is required within the territory to remote sites.

Qualifications

• Associate/Technical Degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least 5 years of experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general PC skills.
• Willingness to travel to remote sites within territory.
• Ability to learn and use internal applications (KPS, KBIT, KeithNET, E-Advantage).
• Valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone and on-site technical support to BEK personnel.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair hardware/software.
• Perform laptop setup and imaging for users.
• Provide 24x7 technical support for branch personnel and remote offices.
• Train users on software and internal systems.
• Maintain inventory and assist Branch IS Manager as needed.
• Support sales team with internal applications and remote order entry tools.
