Job summary

Central Bank is seeking an IT Systems Specialist to provide frontline technical support across branches and departments. You will manage user accounts, configure devices, and assist with Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.

The role emphasizes collaboration, onboarding/offboarding, security practices, and coordinating with third‑party providers to minimize downtime and keep banking operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required; bachelor's preferred.
• 3+ years in tech support, systems administration or related banking/IT roles.
• Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and common workplace tech.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues across Bank locations.
• Troubleshoot devices and banking applications; document incidents in the ticketing system.
• Manage onboarding, transfers and offboarding through account setup and access changes.
• Administer user accounts, passwords, and multifactor authentication.
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows, and endpoint management tools.
• Install updates, maintain device compliance and inventory records.
• Assist with security procedures and incident response to minimize downtime.
• Support technology installations, moves, upgrades and related projects across locations.
• Travel to Bank sites as needed for onsite support.
